Welsh accent English language SAPI 5 text-to-speech voices The Welsh Coat of Arms is the shape of a shield, a flat top and left and right sides. The sides gradually become rounded, meeting in a point at the centre of the lowest point. The shield is divided into four equally sized zones, but the bottom two ending in a point at the centre. The top left and bottom right zones have a yellow background with a red lion in the passent guardant position - the face fully visible and the left leg pointing upwards. The tail is also upright in an S shape. the three remaining legs are in the standing position. Each paw has a blue representation of a claw, and the mouth has a blue representation of a tongue.
